Are you autistic? Do you have a strategy that helps you to feel happy and healthy? Would you like to share what it is, why you do it and how you got into it with other Autism HWB readers?
We are looking for posts between 400 and 800 words long describing a strategy you use that improves and maintains your health and wellbeing (please no research papers or sets of instructions!). We will include a photo of you and a bio of up to 50 words that can include links to your social media and/or website.
Before you send us a post please tell us what you would like to write about and why, and a little bit about yourself. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.
This site is not monetised and so we are unable to pay for any contributed posts.
If you find writing an article difficult it may be possible to set up a short Skype interview with one of us. We will transcribe the interview and send the copy to you to approve before we publish it.
Currently we are not looking for regular contributors, but if your post is popular we will invite you to write future posts for us, if you would like to!
